Fa'utaha, in partnership with our friends @fele_home, that celebrates and supports women makers and their families.

These gorgeous piece is made from Tonga tapa that has been transformed by our friends at Fele Home, and then encased in resin by Koloa Jewellery.

Our collaborations support artist/makers across the Moana to share their beautiful traditional artworks and ways of making. This is our 11th collaboration in this series, and our fourth with Fele Home and friends. 

The resin piece is approximately 4cm in length. All findings are hypoallergenic. The resin is cast in our Auckland studio to showcase the designs and patterns as selected by Koloa Jewellery. Each piece is unique and handmade; any flaws are indicative of the nature of handmade pieces and add to the specialness of each koloa.
